The days are getting warmer and with the flowers beginning to bloom, it's the perfect time to refresh, reset, and revitalise. At Bounce Back Osteopathy, myself and the team, are embracing this new season with offerings, we’ve designed to support your health and wellness journey.

We welcome Naturopath Susan Garrad to our clinic, Massage Therapist Kates been busy, flexing her new dry needling skills and we are super excited to be adding in new classes in the Pilates studio.

With over 17 years of experience, Susan brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to holistic care. Her deep expertise in women’s health, coupled with her personalised care plans, empowers women to achieve optimal well-being through all stages of life.

A big congratulations to our massage therapist Kate for completing her Dry Needling certification!

Kate joins Elle in offering this technique to combine massage therapy with dry needling, offering a powerful and effective approach to treating muscle pain and tension.

Our expanded Clinical Pilates and Pilates class schedule is here! Starting in October, whether you’re looking to build core strength, recover from injury, or improve your flexibility, our classes are tailored to meet your needs.

Led by our experienced practitioners, Anna, Maddy, Jen, and soon Kate, these sessions provide the perfect combination of rehabilitation, strength building, and functional movement. All levels welcome!

Fresh Spring Green Smoothie

Fuel your body with this nutrient-packed Spring Green Smoothie! Here's how to make it:

1 cup spinach

½ cucumber, chopped

1 green apple, cored and chopped

Juice of 1 lemon

A small piece of ginger (optional)

1 cup coconut water

Blend all ingredients until smooth for a refreshing and energising drink! YUMMO
