What is Group Reformer Pilates?

We’re excited to announce our new 3:1 Small Group Reformer classes! These intimate sessions offer personalised attention in a small group setting, allowing us to tailor each group class to your movement goals. Whether you're focusing on strength, alignment, or rehabilitation, these sessions provide hands-on support.

We’re doing what the big studios do, with less clients in each class to focus on you!

Monday 4.30pm & 5.30pm

Thursday 4.00pm & 5.00pm

Fridays 11am
