At Bounce Back Osteopathy we don’t just have you bouncing back from injury.
We have you moving forward with strength and confidence.
What is osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a gentle form of manual medicine, recognising the important link between structure and function. Not only do Osteopaths focus on joints, muscles and the movement of the musculoskeletal system, they address the nervous system, circulation and connective tissue.
At Bounce Back Osteopathy Adelaide, we see the body as a holistic unit, and treat accordingly.
What do you treat?
At Bounce Back Osteopathy, we treat people from all walks of life, including athletes, babies/children, the elderly, skilled workers and pregnant patients for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
The Bounce Back Team
At Bounce Back Osteopathy, our multi-disciplinary team treat a range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. We each have our specialties creating a truly diverse team of Osteopaths, Remedial Massage Therapists and Clinical Pilates Instructors. Together, we help you to Bounce Back and move forwards with confidence.
Our Practice
Warm, friendly and homely, our aim at Bounce Back is to offer a relaxed environment to escape the daily rush. Bounce Back Osteopathy found its home in 2017, in a heritage-listed bluestone cottage at 162 Magill Road, Norwood. We have four airy treatment rooms, a tea/coffee station, pilates/rehab studio and courtyard out the back to relax and unwind.
Remedial Massage
Remedial massage is the perfect partner to your osteopathic treatment plan. Our remedial massage therapists help alleviate muscular tightness and pain using a variety of techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping therapy, and more.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a technique that release myofascial trigger points and tight muscles, using fine acupuncture needles. Used within your Osteopathic treatment along with other techniques, dry needling helps treat many conditions.
Myofascial Cupping
Myofascial cupping, or cupping therapy, is a soft tissue therapy that uses negative pressure inside a cup to draw the skin and underlying tissue up and encourage fresh blood, lymph and healthy nutrients to flow to the affected area.
Myofascial cupping is particularly helpful for restoring range of motion, eliminating trigger points and reducing fascial adhesions commonly caused by repetitive movements.
Our Osteopaths and Remedial Massage are qualified to perform myofascial cupping and will often use it as part of a treatment.
